As you probably know, summer is right around the corner. And as we all know, summer is all about enjoying the hot weather at the pool in a swimsuit. While summer is supposed to be the most fun season of the year, for many people, it is the most stressful season of the year. The reason that the summer months cause so much stress for many people is because they are uncomfortable with the way that their body looks.
