Easy Abs

Achieving rock solid easy abs is about targeting belly fat. No doubt, it is one of the hardest areas to trim fat from. However, with a strong commitment, you can strip away fat from your stomach with the proper training and diet. One of the best things you can do for your body is invest in a stability ball. Start your abs routine by doing stability ball crunches. You’ll keep your chin lifted towards the sky at all times and keep your hands by your side.

If this is your first time using a stability ball, do this easy abs routine with your hands crossed on your chest. Carefully lift your body up and towards the ceiling, slowly. Hold for a count of three and then lower yourself down fast. Work your oblique’s by lifting your upper body to the right slowly and then down quickly. Repeat this abs exercise at least ten times in order to get the best effect.

Another great easy abs exercise is to do on your stability ball is the jack knife. You’ll place your hands on a bench at a 90 degree angle to your body. Keep your feet on the stability ball and then roll your feet toward up towards your chest - count to three - and then back fast. Repeat this for at least 10 reps. Work each exercise for a minimum of 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest between them. Work yourself up to 50 seconds per exercise and 10 seconds rest.
