In most cases each weight training or cardio exercise will offer some form of abdominal workout because your core muscles should be engaged for every different exercise. With further work such as abdominal crunches or Swiss ball exercises before or after each workout then you will gain quicker results towards the inevitable rippled stomach. Constant training is the key to success as well as the diet plan and without the two your chances are very slim.
